FIVE YEARS IN

This year marked five years of Outline Homes - five years of building a business that started as an idea at a dining room table and has grown into a team, a community, and a company we’re really proud of.

When we look back at where we started, the common thread is pretty simple: help people love where they live. Everything else - adding our realty division, taking on bigger renovations, building out our team - came from that same goal. We wanted to guide homeowners through the messy, exciting, overwhelming process of transforming a home, and make it feel a little easier and a lot more enjoyable.

Five years in, we’ve touched so many homes, met so many families, and figured out who we are as a company. We’ve learned how to balance design with function, creativity with construction, and vision with reality. And honestly? We’re still learning, and that’s the best part. Growth has never been the goal on its own - we’ve always cared more about doing good work, building trust, and showing up for our clients.

What I’m most proud of is the people behind this business. Two couples, and a small team who show up every day ready to do great work. There’s been a lot of long nights, problem-solving on the fly, and “how do we make this better?” conversations. But there’s also a lot of laughter, team wins, and those moments on site where a design starts taking shape and you’re reminded why you do this.

We’re excited for what’s next. More renovations, more families trusting us with their homes, and more growth in the parts of the business we love - design, build, and now realty. The video we’re sharing today is just a little snapshot of who we are and what we’re building together.
